Knights of Freedom
is a “Love of Learning” club
for boys ages 8-12
Get messy! Go places! Have adventures! Make Friends!
Boys need heroes and mentors! Knights of Freedom members learn about great American leaders and statesmanship through reading biographies. They meet together weekly for hands-on, creative and explorative experiences designed to inspire a love of learning and an appreciation of greatness.
Knights enjoy stories, activities, games, colloquia, special guests, trips and events. Advisors mentor the boys in a fun-filled, relaxed, club atmosphere that allows a sense of wonder to grow and facilitates readiness for Statesmanship Club.
Meetings include:
•Presentations on virtue through the model of knighthood
•Member presentations
•Activities based on the biographies read by the members
•Member-led activities
•An elected leadership structure
